what we do

Leveraging AI, cutting-edge technology & our passion for people, we provide exceptional talent-based solutions in a wide array of areas. This includes but is not limited to, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Human Resources, Industrial & Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Health Care.

Putting our clients and people first, our goal is to understand and learn every individual’s unique talents – what makes them special, ensuring that we are providing long-term success across the board for all stakeholders.

our story

Like many of us who faced challenging and uncertain times in 2020, the founders of Citus HR were no strangers to the hardships the year brought.

During a tumultuous time in human history, where we all witnessed countless Canadians and Americans lose their jobs, while others worked in potentially unsafe work environments — together with the disturbing rise in racial discrimination — the founders were determined to make a difference, and came together for a ‘virtual coffee’. During that meeting they developed a blue print for a new approach to talent management — one where they would focus on each individual’s unique ‘superpower and how it could be used to create career success and growth aligned with client needs.

Unlike some competitors in the sector, we place real importance on valuing team members, clients, and candidates, and take a long term, respectful approach to talent management and recruitment, setting ourselves apart from other agencies. Our strength lies in truly understanding our client’s needs, operating with unwavering honesty and integrity, and addressing those needs and necessities with a goal to be your long term partner!

our mission

At Citus HR our mission is to establish a collaborative network of business partners while always striving to become an organization that prioritizes all of our stakeholder’s experience Our foundation is rooted in respect and the commitment to being a true social enterprise, where we actively seek opportunities to engage in projects and partnerships that promote social well-being, sustainability, and ethical business practices. We strive to create a positive ripple effect not only within our organization but throughout communities we serve.

The name ‘Citus,’ derived from Latin meaning rapid, encapsulates our commitment to swift and high-quality service – without compromising quality and attention to detail. Our commitment to respect, coupled with our unique approach to talent management, sets us apart, creating an unparalleled space where staff, clients, and candidates alike are valued and appreciated.
